Commonwealth Home Support Program

We currently receive a Commonwealth grant to provide services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Under this scheme we are funded to provide My Aged Care approved clients, Domestic Assistance, Direct Transport and Social Support services. Predominantly these services consist of general house cleaning, local transport to and from appointments and accompanied support to appointments or shopping.

These services are not means tested but you may be required to pay a small co-contribution for some of the services such as Domestic Assistance.

We currently have vacancies for the above services and new clients can be accepted with a service referral code allocated by My Aged Care. If you would like any information in relation to the Commonwealth Home Support Program or our funded services then please get in touch.

Domestic Assistance

Services that assist you with general household duties such as cleaning, laundry, cooking and unaccompanied shopping.

IAWA SERVICES INCLUDE:

Social Support 

Support that helps you stay connected such as accompanied shopping, appointments, visiting and phone contact.

Direct Transport 

Local transport to and from appointments, shopping or social activities.
