  • Increase organisation membership levels.
  • Review membership to ensure representation from the wider community.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.

Client Services

  • Meet all current accreditation requirements.
  • Review communication strategies to increase consumer awareness of the services available. 
  • Explore our capability to expand on our current services.

Cultural Preservation

  • Undertake activities that support the preservation of language and culture in our community.
  • Support organisations seeking to preserve our cultures.   

New Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for the future.
  • Research, identify and action plan to:
  • manage the transition to a different model of care.
  • have alternate transport options.
  • increase consumer input.
  • increase education and networking opportunities.
  • implement potential wellness programmes that address loneliness, helplessness and boredom.
  • obtain additional funding and resources.
